How we handle the information you share with us through this website.

Last updated: 9 August 2026

Who we are

Nasudo Group LLC is a California limited liability company providing IT, quality, compliance, and security advisory services. For any question about this notice or your personal data, contact us at hello@nasudo.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact, onboarding, or estimator forms we collect the details you enter — typically your name, work email address, telephone number, employer, and the description of your enquiry.

We also record limited technical context with each submission: the page you submitted from, the referring page, any campaign parameters in the URL (utm_source and similar), the time of submission, and a one-way hash of your IP address used solely for rate limiting and spam prevention. We do not store your raw IP address.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and to scope, quote, and deliver professional services — this is our primary purpose and our legitimate interest as a business.

To send occasional emails about compliance developments and our services, but only where you have ticked the marketing consent box. That consent is recorded with a timestamp and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.

To protect the site from automated abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. Data is stored on our own server infrastructure. Where we use a third party to send email on our behalf, they act only on our instructions.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records relating to an engagement are retained for the period required by our professional, contractual, and tax obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that statute.

To exercise any right, email hello@nasudo.com. We respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If web analytics are enabled, they are configured with IP anonymisation and are used only to understand aggregate traffic patterns.

Changes

We will update this notice as our practices change, and will revise the date at the top when we do.
